Attorney Bonnie Navin works to protect individuals and their families in
righting the wrongs caused by professional malpractice. The attorney joined
Kelley/Uustal in 2012 as a Fort Lauderdale trial lawyer. She represents
plaintiffs, primarily those with complex medical malpractice issues.
What's her driving motivation? She wishes to help those who need a voice by guiding them through the
Bonnie's diverse background has contributed to her success in a broad
spectrum of plaintiff and defense litigation cases. She has tried many
complex medical cases and arbitrations on behalf of her clients and has
provided advice to medical institutions and physicians. Bonnie attended
Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law Center where she was the
Executive Editor of the Journal of Comparative and International Law,
Editor of the Travel Law Journal, and a member of the Moot Court Board.
While working full-time and attending law school in the evening, Bonnie
received multiple book awards and was honored as the Dean's student
of the year. She was also the founder of the Law School Advisors Program,
which worked for the betterment of students. As a participant of many
Moot Court Competitions, she realized that she was most comfortable in
the courtroom, which sparked her interest in becoming a litigator.
