Courtney S. Milam

“As a lawyer you see a lot of injustice. You see many people who should have been punished but were not, and many people who have been injured without any redress. My goal as a lawyer is to set the record straight, and let people believe that justice can be achieved and the right outcomes can occur.”

Courtney S. Milam graduated in 2014 from Nova Southeastern University College of Law with a concentration in litigation. She received the High Grade Award in Non-Profit Organizations and received honors for work as a Junior Editor and then as Senior Articles Editor for ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. Courtney graduated in 2011 from Florida State University with honors and received Bachelors of Science in Political Science. She was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Most recently, Courtney passed the New York State Bar Exam and will be licensed to practice in the state of New York as well as the state of Florida. Courtney is proud to be a member of the Kelley/Uustal team. She has dedicated her career to representation of clients who have been wronged and have been left with few, if any options for recourse. Courtney believes strongly in the power of justice and hopes to provide assistance and counsel for clients in need.
