Michael R. Kaufman

“Fighting for and achieving justice, on behalf of patients or grieving families, have been the most rewarding experiences of my life. As the son of a very conscientious physician, I appreciate the importance of holding irresponsible doctors and others accountable.”

Kaufman is a seasoned trial lawyer who exclusively represents seriously injured individuals and families who have lost loved ones due to the carelessness of others. Although diverse in his knowledge and experience in general tort litigation, Michael has built a reputable portfolio that consists of achieving justice for his clients in challenging and complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases.

His successful ability to resolve cases by settlement or verdict against physicians, hospitals, and other wrongful parties is largely due to his talents for:

  • Deciphering voluminous medical records
  • Understanding medical terminology
  • Possessing knowledge regarding anatomy and diseases
