“Many folks move to the Florida Keys to relax and retire, or they
visit to vacation, but that’s not why I’m here. I’m
here to fight for justice for my clients and when I walk into the courtroom
I’m confident that no one knows the facts of the case better or
is better prepared than I am.”
As a personal injury lawyer, Patrick Stevens believes that everyone should
have access to a fair justice system. But he knows that oftentimes the
deck is stacked against the “little guy” and that the interests
of big business and giant insurance companies can often trample the rights
of the individual, or even block access to the courts altogether. From
the very beginning of his legal career, Patrick has been proud to have
been entrusted to provide legal advocacy for clients when they needed
it the most. Making a positive change in the lives of his clients and
in the community in general is one of the main motivations behind standing
up for his clients against giant manufactures and big insurance companies.
Patrick lives in Marathon, Florida with his wife and two children.
Patrick started his legal career at the Office of the Public Defender in
2008. During his time at the Public Defender’s office, Patrick represented
criminal defendants in cases involving a wide range of charges, from drug
possession to capital murder. After spending more than five years with
the PD’s office, he went into private practice in 2013. In 2015
he became one of Kelley/Uustal’s Of Counsel Attorneys where he heads
up their Marathon, FL office. Today, Patrick has tried over two dozen
jury trials, including life felonies.
