FORT LAUDERDALE (January 19, 2016) – The law firm Kelley/Uustal, one of South Florida’s

Kristin E. Bianculli and
Eric S. Rosen partners.

Bianculli focuses her practice in the area of personal injury, concentrating
in auto collision cases, premises liability, wrongful death, and products
liability. She is a board member of Friends of Jack and Jill, an organization
dedicated to creating awareness about the Jack and Jill Children’s
Center in Broward. She is also on the board of the Broward County Justice
Association. In recognition of her ethics and achievements, Bianculli
has been named to the 2015 List of Florida Super Lawyers® and named
as a Rising Star 2015, listed in Best Lawyers in America® since 2011,
named one of the Best Attorneys in Florida by Best Lawyers Magazine 2012,
and Awarded one of the "Most Effective Lawyers in Personal Injury"

Rosen is a trial attorney who dedicates his practice to the areas of personal
injury, wrongful death, products liability, and tobacco litigation. He
currently serves as an Officer of the Board of Directors for the Broward
County Justice Association and serves on the Board of Directors for the
Broward County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Section. Before joining
Kelley/Uustal, he served as an Assistant State Attorney for the 17th Judicial Circuit in Broward County, Florida.
