Over One-Quarter of a Billion Dollars in Verdicts and Settlements

$14.6 Million for Hero Truck Driver

A Pahokee, Florida man, paralyzed in a truck accident, won a $14.6 million judgment against his insurance company stemming from the accident in Palm Beach County that cost him the use of his arms and legs.

The big rig truck driver was driving his 18-wheeler when he swerved to avoid a car that had blown past a stop sign. Had he not swerved, causing his truck to overturn, the driver of the other vehicle would all but certainly have died.

Instead, our client was left a quadriplegic, and the other driver never stopped. Our client’s insurance provider denied coverage forcing Kelley/Uustal to sue for uninsured motorist benefits on behalf of our client.
