Todd R. Falzone has obtained numerous multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for his clients in catastrophic injury and death cases.

Several of Mr. Falzone’s cases have been featured in national periodicals and local media, including an injury case where Mr. Falzone earned a verdict in excess of $5.9 million for a client whose foot was partially amputated in a forklift accident. In another case of national significance, Mr. Falzone obtained a $2.75 million dollar verdict against a pharmaceutical company after its product transmitted Hepatitis C to his client. Mr. Falzone’s areas of practice include cases arising out of product liability, car accidents, pharmaceutical liability, medical negligence, premises liability, negligent security, police brutality/excessive use of force, discrimination, and maritime incidents.

Mr. Falzone’s legal organization memberships include the Florida Justice Association, formerly known as The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, The American Association for Justice, formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the American Bar Association.

The son of a police officer and a nurse, Mr. Falzone was born and raised in upstate New York, but completed a bachelor of arts degree in psychology at Florida Atlantic University. He received a juris doctor degree, cum laude, from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA, where he earned numerous awards and served on the law review staff. Mr. Falzone was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1993.
