Todd R. Falzone has obtained dozens of multi-million dollar settlements and verdicts for his clients in catastrophic injury and death cases.

Several of Mr. Falzone’s cases have been featured in national periodicals and local media, including a case where Mr. Falzone obtained a $14.6 Million verdict for a client who sustained a broken neck in a car accident.  In another case of national significance, Mr. Falzone obtained a $10 million dollar verdict in a case against an ambulance company in Central Florida after its paramedics negligently accepted the transport of a pregnant woman in pre-term labor and then botched the delivery of her premature baby leaving the child with severe brain damage.  All told, since joining Kelley Uustal in March 2008, Mr. Falzone has personally obtained jury verdicts, either on his own or together with his partners at the Firm, which exceed $340,000,000.00.

Mr. Falzone’s areas of practice include cases arising out of products liability, car accidents, pharmaceutical liability, medical negligence, premises liability, negligent security, discrimination, and maritime incidents.

Mr. Falzone has twice been named by the Daily Business Review as one of the “most effective lawyers” in South Florida  and has been recognized in the 2011 edition of The Best Lawyers in America® as a “Best Lawyer” in the specialty of Personal Injury Litigation.   Mr. Falzone has been a long time member of several prominent legal organizations including the Florida Justice Association, formerly known as The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, The American Association for Justice, formerly known as the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the American Bar Association.

The son of a police officer and a nurse, Mr. Falzone was born and raised in upstate New York, but completed a bachelor of arts degree in psychology at Florida Atlantic University. He received a juris doctor degree, cum laude, from California Western School of Law in San Diego, CA, where he earned numerous awards, served on the law review staff and was published. Mr. Falzone in married to Anne Marie Falzone, and has two beautiful children.   He was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1993.
