Karina D. Rodrigues is a South Florida trial attorney who proudly fights for victims of catastrophic injuries and wrongful death. Since graduating University of Florida’s law school cum laude, Karina has dedicated her career to passionately advocating for those harmed by the negligent or intentional conduct of others. Her practice includes litigation involving negligence, products liability, medical malpractice, premises liability and wrongful death.
Karina is a Brazilian-American and is fluent in Portuguese. Prior to joining the firm and while attaining her Juris Doctor degree UF Law, Karina clerked for the Third Judicial Circuit Court of Florida and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
During law school, Karina also served as an Executive and Senior Articles Editor with the Journal of Law and Public Policy, and as a Competition Strategy Coach and Chair of Publicity with the Florida Alternative Dispute Resolution Team. Further, she was the President of the Latino Law Student Association and Editor-in-Chief of the organization’s newsletter. Karina was also the recipient of the UF Law Pro Bono and Community Service Certificates of Outstanding Achievement in recognition of her commitment to public service and helping those in need.
Karina continues to be very involved in the community. She currently proudly serves on the executive board of the Broward County Hispanic Bar Association as recording secretary, and is a co-editor for Broward County Bar Association’s Barrister publication. Moreover, Karina is an active member of the Broward County Bar Association’s Trial Lawyers Section, Appellate Practice Section, Hispanic Committee and Bench and Bar Committee.
