If you are a current or former owner or lessee of a 2011-2015 Ford Explorer, and experienced exhaust or an exhaust odor entering the passenger cabin of your vehicle, you may be entitled to certain rights and benefits. Kelley/Uustal serves as co-class counsel for a class of current and former owners and lessees of 2011-2015 Ford Explorer vehicles, in the case of Sanchez-Knutson v. Ford Motor Company. In that case, the class sued Ford alleging 2011-2015 Ford Explorers were defectively designed and manufactured so that exhaust and an exhaust odor may enter the passenger cabin while those vehicles were being driven.
